Our Homes
Each Grandbrook Home Care Facility location provides the same high standard of care in a safe, structured, and supportive residential setting. As APD-approved, behavioral-focused, co-ed group homes serving individuals ages 22 and under with developmental disabilities, our locations are designed to feel welcoming, stable, and home-like. Across both locations, we offer 24/7 supervised residential care, individualized behavioral support, life skills development, nutritious dining, medication assistance in accordance with APD guidelines, and opportunities for community integration. Our team works closely with APD, support coordinators, families, and clinical providers to ensure consistent, person-centered care. No matter the location, our commitment remains the same—to provide compassionate, behaviorally focused care that supports growth, independence, and an enhanced quality of life for every individual we serve.
