Medication support and monitoring in accordance with APD guidelines.
24/7 Supervised Residential Care
Continuous support in a safe, structured, home-like environment.
Life Skills Training
Support with daily living skills, including meal preparation, healthy food choices, and independence.
Community Integration
Encouragement of social engagement and participation in community activities.
Behavioral Support
Implementation of individualized behavior plans to promote positive outcomes.
Care Coordination
Ongoing collaboration with APD, support coordinators, and clinical providers.
