At Grandbrook Home Care Facility, we are an APD-approved, behavioral-focused, co-ed group home serving individuals ages 22 and under with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to provide compassionate, behaviorally focused care in a safe and structured environment—supporting growth, independence, and an enhanced quality of life.
